End of an era (sort of)

Yesterday I closed my Demon Internet dial-up account, which I'd had for 6 years or so. Freeserve does all that I need (64K ISDN, pay-as-you-go) and doesn't have a monthly charge, so I'm saving £11.75 each month. Who knows, one day broadband might come to us poor country dwellers.
